Big or small, we accommodate them all.
Private rooms inside and out, climate controlled year-round, and scheduled feedings by trained professionals. Whether it's one night, one day, or a long stay, your pet is looked after like they're ours.

A private room, inside and out
All of our rooms are private, both inside and out. Indoor rooms are climate controlled, and each opens onto its own private lanai.
Oversized dog doors open onto a covered patio, and we have several over-sized rooms for larger breeds or multiple pets boarding together.
- Every guest gets time in the grassy, fenced play yards
- No group play or mixed-household play — which means we can welcome dogs that aren't spayed or neutered
- Additional charges may apply for medication and late check-out (4–6pm)
A full day of play, home by dinner
Doggy day boarding to socialize your dog and prevent destructive, boredom behavior. Play time is included in every day stay.
- Offered Monday through Friday only
- Check in between 8:00am and 12:00pm
- Check out between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
We're all about the pampering while you're away
Whether it's dogs or cats, we love to spoil them all. The Big Dog House focuses on making your animals happy — let your pet get the highest level of care from our professionals.
- Scheduled feedings by trained professionals
- Medications administered as needed, with onsite professional care
- Every boarding room air conditioned and heated for whatever North Texas weather brings
- Daycare and romping around for those who are interested

Yes, we love cats too
All types of cats and kitties are welcome. Cats are boarded in special housing at our main office, well away from the dogs.
- Time to climb, play, hide, run, and nap
- Extra special care for geriatric pets, for an additional fee
- Discounts available on long-term boarding — contact us for details
What every guest needs
The same requirements apply to every service. Not sure about a vaccine? Check with your veterinarian, or give us a call and we'll walk you through it.
Vaccinations
Required for every pet: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella (kennel cough), which is not in annual vaccinations. Records must be verified before drop-off — no records, no stay.
Preventatives
We also suggest your pet be on a flea, tick, and heartworm preventative before their stay.
Food & Records
Bring current vaccine records and enough food to get your pet through their whole stay.
Beds, Bowls & Toys
We supply beds, blankets, and bowls — leave those at home. Toys are welcome if they're hard Nyla-type bones with no squeakers.
Take a big sigh of relief — you've found the right place.
Your home away from home since 2003. Call for availability and the holiday schedule, or reserve your pet's stay online.
