Rates

Boarding rates

Rates are per night unless noted. We prefer pets picked up before noon — just like a hotel — which gives our staff time to clean the room before the next guest arrives. Afternoon pick-up is absolutely fine too; there's just an additional fee, which depends on the time and how many pets you're collecting.

Special housing at our main office

Per night, per cat $28

Day Boarding

Monday through Friday

Day stay, one pet $33
Day stay, two pets $59

For the day you have back-to-back appointments, the carpet cleaner is coming, the house is being painted — or your pet would just like their day out.

Add-Ons

When your pet needs a little extra

Some guests need more of our time — a senior who wants a hand out to the yard, a pet on medication, a dog who isn't altered. There's one add-on rate that covers all of it: $10 per night. That makes a single pet $69 a night instead of $59.

Two pets sharing a room? It's still just the one $10 add-on — we don't double it.

+$10 / night

Not spayed or neutered. Because we never do group or mixed-household play, we can welcome pets that aren't altered — including females in heat.

+$10 / night

Senior or special needs. Pets 12 years and up, or any pet who needs a hand getting to and from the yard.

+$10 / night

Medical needs. Medications, creams, salves, sprays, or pills — any member of our staff can handle them.

+$10 / night

Not fully potty trained at any age, or boarding during peak times.

The Fine Print

Policies worth knowing

Read these before you book — especially the deposit terms. If anything here isn't clear, call us at (940) 440-9400 and we'll explain it properly.

Please note: we do not offer boarding for pets that are diabetic and require insulin shots. Please refer back to your veterinarian for this type of medical attention.

Deposits & cancellations

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit per pet is required to reserve room(s) during peak times and holidays. The balance is collected at drop-off — which keeps every pet from trying to check out at the same moment.

Deposits are not refundable and not transferable to any future stays.

Owners are financially responsible for the entire time reserved. Unless there is a pet or family emergency, there are no discounts or refunds for early departures.

Holiday or not, if a reservation exceeds 10 nights, payment must be made when your pet is dropped off.

Deposits made with a debit or credit card have a 4% transaction fee added.

Health & vaccinations

Current vaccinations are required for every pet, no exceptions: Rabies and DHPP, along with Bordatella — the kennel cough vaccine, which is not included in annual vaccinations. Check with your veterinarian if you aren't sure.

Records must be received and verified before drop-off. The easiest way is to send them ahead through the contact form so we can load them into our system before your pet arrives. If we cannot verify current vaccinations, we are not able to accept the pet for boarding — this protects every other guest in our care, and it is the one rule we do not bend.

We also suggest your pet be on a flea, tick, and heartworm preventative before their stay.

Puppies must be at least 6 months old to be in our care.

Pets from separate households

Pets from separate households — including family members — are required to reserve two separate boarding rooms, since overnight supervision (11:00pm to 5:00am) is not available. They will still get the opportunity to go out to the play yards together. Rates are priced as two separate boarding rooms.

It is at our discretion whether two pets from two different families could stay together. If we determine both pets are fine in one boarding room, a price break is given.

Pick-up times & afternoon fees

We prefer pets picked up before noon, just like a hotel — it gives our staff time to clean the room before the next guest arrives.

Afternoon pick-up is fine. There's simply an additional fee for the 4:00–6:00pm window, depending on the time and how many pets you're collecting.

Pets picked up starting at 4:00–6:00pm are assessed additional fees ranging from $33.00 to $135.00, depending on their actual departure time.

Sunday is a limited service day. All boarding reservations are charged through Monday, and Sunday night is chargeable to the client. This does not apply on major holidays.

Boarding Checklist

What to pack

For both dogs and cats, we ask that you supply their own diet — dry or canned is fine. We supply the beds, blankets, and bowls, so leave those at home.

  • Their food. Enough for the whole stay. If food doesn't come in, we keep top-quality pet food on hand for a small fee.
  • Vaccine records. These are a must.
  • Treats and a few toys. A definite plus — familiar smells help them settle.
  • Bedding, if they need it. Or use ours: we have fleece beds in all shapes and sizes, available to use or purchase.
  • Special diet? Just tell us. If your pet needs something other than dry or canned food, we can accommodate it.
