Drop-offs and pick-ups happen during office hours. Outside those windows the office is closed to the public, though we live on the property.
4:00pm – 6:00pm
Pick-up only — limited service day
About Sundays. Sunday is a limited service day. All boarding reservations are charged through Monday, and Sunday night is chargeable to the client. This does not apply on major holidays.
Noon is easiest, but afternoon works
We prefer pets picked up before noon — just like a hotel — because it gives our staff time to clean the room before the next guest arrives. But an afternoon pick-up is absolutely fine. You just need to know there's an additional fee for the 4:00–6:00pm window, depending on the time and how many pets you're collecting.
Afternoon pick-up. Pets collected between 4:00 and 6:00pm are assessed an additional fee ranging from $33.00 to $135.00, depending on the actual departure time. See Pricing & Policies for full details.
Days the office is closed to the public
No drop-off or pick-up of any pets on these dates. Several holidays carry a minimum-night stay, noted below.
Holiday deposits. Deposits are required for all listed holidays. Deposits made with a debit or credit card have a 4% transaction fee added, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please call for availability and the holiday schedule.
