When we're open
Drop-offs and pick-ups happen during office hours. Outside those windows the office is closed to the public, though we live on the property.
4:00pm – 6:00pm
Pick-up only — limited service day
Please call for availability and the holiday schedule. Deposits are required for listed holidays, and a 4% fee applies to any payment made by card.
Have these ready
It speeds everything up if you can send these with your message.
- Current vaccine records. Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough). We'd like copies before the stay so we can load them into our system.
- Your dates. Drop-off and pick-up, including whether you'll collect before noon.
- Any medications. Pills, creams, salves — our staff can handle them. A $10 per night add-on applies.
- Special needs. Older pets, pets that need help getting to the yard, or a special diet. Just tell us and we'll accommodate it.
- Leave the bedding at home. We supply beds, blankets, and bowls. Toys are fine if they're hard Nyla-type bones with no squeakers.
